  • Skewered coconut crusted prawn tails oriental noodles, thai marinated baby leaves and sweet chilli sauce
  • Smoked salmon trout on herb pancake with caviar cream and seared greens
  • Smoked chicken and parma timbale, set on marinated melon with danya dressing and chilli jam
  • Lighly smoked fillet of salmon trout served on a bed of spinach and ricotta canneloni

  • Poached fillet of scottish salmon with monkfish and apricot in white wine tarragon sauce
  • Stuffed fillet of chicken breast on light masaman curry cream sauce
    Served with wild rice pilaf and mango salsa
  • Baby chicken, stuffed with thai rice pilaf, sweet lime and ginger sauce
